Virtual Account Usage and Fees
Below is information on how to use your Virtual Account and fees. If your Virtual Account contains a notice that it requires activation, you must activate your Virtual Account before you can use it. To activate your Virtual Account, please call the number or visit the website listed in your Virtual Account. If your Virtual Account does not include notifications, you do not need to activate your Virtual Account before using it.
Virtual Account/Balance Expiration
Virtual Accounts expire within 6 months from the date of issue. If your Virtual Account expires, your credit will expire as well. After the expiration date, the Virtual Account will no longer be usable. Once the expiration date has passed, the Virtual Account cannot be replaced. If you require a replacement Virtual Account Number for any reason other than the expiration date of your Virtual Account, you may request it at any time.
Availability – domestic only
Your Virtual Account is valid only in the United States and the District of Columbia. Not for use with non-U.S. merchants, including non-U.S. Internet merchants and mail/telephone order merchants. cash access
Virtual Accounts cannot be used to withdraw cash from ATMs or make other purchase transactions.

This Virtual Account is issued for loyalty/rewards/promotional purposes as part of a conditional offer and is not a Virtual Gift Account. Any funds remaining after this virtual card expires do not belong to you and cannot be used in the future. You have no right to the Funds beyond the authorized uses set forth in this Agreement.
Always be aware of the exact amount available in your Virtual Account. Merchants may not have access to check virtual account balances.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE YOUR VIRTUAL ACCOUNT AND CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO TERMINATE YOUR VIRTUAL ACCOUNT. Refunds or exchanges are subject to the sponsor company’s policy.

The Virtual Account Expiration Date and Virtual Account Balance are stated in the Virtual Account. Access to Funds and Restrictions:
Corporate Sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that funds are deposited into their Virtual Accounts. Each time you use your Virtual Account, you authorize us to reduce the value available in your Virtual Account by the transaction amount. Virtual Accounts may not be used for illegal transactions or purchases involving recurring payments. B. For other card usage restrictions such as subscriptions, memberships and rentals, please see the Virtual Account Usage and Fees section of this Cardholder Agreement. For security reasons, we may limit the amount or number of transactions that can be made in your Virtual Account. account. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe violates the terms of this Agreement. You are not permitted to exceed the funds available in your Virtual Account. Generally, if you attempt to use your Virtual Account with insufficient funds, your transaction will be declined. However, if a transaction exceeds the available funds balance in your Virtual His Account due to system failure or any other reason, you remain fully responsible to us for the transaction amount. We reserve the right to cancel this Virtual Account if you create a negative balance. If you do not have sufficient funds in your virtual account, you may be able to direct the merchant to perform a “split transaction” where you debit a portion of the purchase amount from your virtual account and settle the balance using another payment method. .
B. Authorized User
If you authorize others to use your Virtual Account, you will be responsible for all such transactions under this Agreement, regardless of whether you choose to be responsible for all such transactions. and are responsible for all associated fees and charges. Get virtual account balance information
You can get free information about your Virtual Account balance by contacting Customer Service. This information is also available online on our website along with your virtual account transaction history. You may also contact Customer Service to request a written copy of your Virtual Account transactions. e.Pending Approval
You have no right to stop payment for purchase transactions made through your Virtual Account. Certain types of purchases (such as restaurant, hotel, or similar purchases) may be “pre-authorized” in excess of the transaction amount in your Virtual Account to cover tips and incidentals. The Pre-Authorized Amount “holds” your available balance until the retailer submits the final payment amount for your purchase. Once the final payment amount is received, the deferred pre-authorized amount will be removed. You will not be able to access pre-approved funds during this period. After authorizing a transaction, if you don’t purchase the item as planned, the authorization may put the amount on hold. F. Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund for goods or services received using your Virtual Account, returns and refunds will be handled by the Seller. Funds may not be immediately available even if a merchant funds a virtual account. Refunds to dealers will be shipped immediately upon receipt. However, please note that we have no control over when the merchant submits the credit transaction and the refund may not be available several days after the date of the refund transaction. It is a good idea to keep the receipt as a record of the transaction. A receipt may be required to prove your transaction with us or the seller.

If for any reason you need to exchange your Virtual Account, please contact Customer Service. Please see the chart on the back of this Virtual Account Holder Agreement and the YourRewardCard.com website for details. Please note that Virtual Accounts have an “expiration date”. Virtual Accounts and Virtual Account balances will expire in accordance with the Virtual Account Usage and Fees section of this Virtual Account Owner Agreement. Expired Virtual Accounts cannot be replaced.
