How to redeem vouchers?
Customers will have to log in/create an account on noon.com or any of its affiliates and then follow the below steps;

Generic T&Cs for your customers
1. The Gift Card shall be in the form of electronic vouchers and not physical cards.
2. The Gift Card can be brought in the following currencies only – AED and/or SAR.
3. Gift Cards balance in a customer’s noon pay cashback wallet cannot exceed a monthly limit of AED8,000/- in UAE and SAR 8,000/- in KSA.
4. The Gift Card can be redeemed via; Link to Redeem Gift Card

b. UAE – https://www.noon.com/uae-en/gift-cards__redeem
5. The Gift Card can only be redeemed on noon.com. Once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com and its affiliates: SIVVI.com, and noon pay-UAE.
6. Once redeemed, the value of the Gift Card will be issued in the Applicable Customers cashback balance on the noon pay platform and which will also be visible on the checkout page of noon.com and/or its affiliates, under noon pay balance.
7. The Gift Card may be used to purchase all products across all categories on noon.com and its affiliates, including sale items.
8. The Gift Card may also be used for Recharges and/or Bill Payments services on the noon pay-UAE platform.
9. If a customer would like to use the redeemed Gift Card balance on the noon pay platform and access additional spending touchpoints, then the customer will have to successfully complete the initial KYC process by scanning their Emirates ID.
10. The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.
11. Gift Cards balance cannot be used to purchase goods or services at noon or any noon-affiliated property outside of the currency in which the gift card has been issued.
12. Gift Cards must be obtained from an authorized third party, and you are
a. responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card number and PIN from unauthorized use.
b. only use your reference number to communicate a gift card(s) complaint and never share the gift card number and/or PIN with anyone, in any circumstance.
c. noon is not responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Gift Card is used without your permission. noon is not responsible for and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.
13. noon is not liable for any refunds or replacement if the gift card has not been redeemed before the expiry date.
Redemption Process

Once redeemed, the credits will be added to the applicable customers’ noon pay cashback.
Affiliates
noon Gift Cards can only be redeemed on noon.com (UAE & KSA). Once redeemed, the Gift Card balance can be used on noon.com (UAE & KSA), and its affiliates SIVVI.com (UAE & KSA), and/or noon pay-UAE. Other platforms joining the list soon are; noon Daily (coming soon), noon Food(coming soon), Kul.com(coming soon), NowNow(coming soon).
Return and Refund
If the customer has made a transaction on the noon platform or on the platform of any of its affiliates and has returned the product, then the qualified refund will be credited to the applicable customer’s noon pay cashback wallet

شروط وأحكام عامة لعملائك
1. يجب أن تكون بطاقة الهدايا في شكل قسائم إلكترونية وليست بطاقات مادية
2. يمكن إحضار بطاقة الهدايا بالعملات التالية فقط – الدرهم الإماراتي و / أو الريال السعودي.
3. لا يمكن أن يتجاوز رصيد بطاقات الهدايا في محفظة الاسترداد النقدي للعميل في نون حدًا شهريًا قدره 8000 درهم إماراتي / – في الإمارات العربية المتحدة و 8000 ريال سعودي / – في المملكة العربية السعودية.
4. يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا عبر ؛ رابط استرداد بطاقة الهدايا
أ. السعودية – https://www.noon.com/saudi-en/gift-cards__redeem
ب. الإمارات – https://www.noon.com/uae-en/gift-cards__redeem
5. يمكن استرداد بطاقة الهدايا فقط على noon.com. بمجرد الاسترداد ، يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقة الهدايا على noon.com والشركات التابعة لها: SIVVI.com و noon pay-UAE.
6. بمجرد الاسترداد ، سيتم إصدار قيمة بطاقة الهدايا في رصيد الاسترداد النقدي للعملاء المعينين على منصة نون للدفع والذي سيكون مرئيًا أيضًا على صفحة الخروج من noon.com و / أو الشركات التابعة لها ، ضمن رصيد الدفع في noon.
7. يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا لشراء جميع المنتجات عبر جميع الفئات على noon.com والشركات التابعة لها ، بما في ذلك عناصر البيع.
8. يمكن أيضًا استخدام بطاقة الهدايا لإعادة الشحن و / أو خدمات سداد الفواتير على منصة noon pay-UAE.
9. إذا رغب العميل في استخدام رصيد بطاقة الهدايا الذي تم استرداده على منصة نون للدفع والوصول إلى نقاط اتصال إضافية للإنفاق ، فسيتعين على العميل إكمال عملية “اعرف عميلك” الأولية بنجاح عن طريق مسح بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية الخاصة به.
10. لا يمكن استبدال بطاقة الهدايا أو ردها أو إعادتها أو إعادة شحنها أو استردادها بأكثر من قيمتها الاسمية أو استردادها نقدًا أو إعادتها نقدًا أو تحويلها إلى حساب آخر.
11. لا يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقات الهدايا لشراء سلع أو خدمات في وقت الظهيرة أو أي ممتلكات تابعة لنون خارج العملة التي تم إصدار بطاقة الهدايا بها.
12. يجب الحصول على بطاقات الهدايا من جهة خارجية معتمدة ، وأنت كذلك
أ. مسؤول عن حماية رقم بطاقة الهدايا ورقم التعريف الشخصي من الاستخدام غير المصرح به.
ب. استخدم رقمك المرجعي فقط لإبلاغ شكوى بشأن بطاقة (بطاقات) الهدايا ولا تشارك رقم بطاقة الهدايا و / أو رقم التعريف الشخصي مطلقًا مع أي شخص ، في أي ظرف من الظروف.
ج. لا تتحمل نون المسؤولية في حالة فقد أي بطاقة هدايا أو سرقتها أو إتلافها ، أو إذا تم استخدام بطاقة الهدايا الخاصة بك دون إذنك. نون ليست مسؤولة ولا تتحمل أي مسؤولية تجاهك عن أي سلوك غير قانوني أو احتيال من قبل أي طرف ثالث مرتبط بأي بطاقة هدايا.
13. نون ليست مسؤولة عن أي مبالغ مستردة أو استبدال إذا لم يتم استرداد بطاقة الهدايا قبل تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية.

بمجرد الاسترداد ، ستتم إضافة الأرصدة إلى الاسترداد النقدي لظهيرة العملاء المعنيين.
الشركات التابعة
لا يمكن استبدال بطاقات هدايا نون إلا على noon.com (الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية). بمجرد الاسترداد ، يمكن استخدام رصيد بطاقة الهدايا على noon.com (الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية) والشركات التابعة لها SIVVI.com (الإمارات العربية المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية) و / أو noon pay-UAE. المنصات الأخرى التي ستنضم إلى القائمة قريبًا هي ؛ noon Daily (قريبًا) ، noon Food (قريبًا) ، Kul.com (قريبًا) ، NowNow (قريبًا).
العودة واسترداد
إذا أجرى العميل معاملة على منصة noon أو على النظام الأساسي لأي من الشركات التابعة له وأعاد المنتج ، فسيتم إيداع المبلغ المسترد المؤهل في محفظة noon الخاصة بالاسترداد النقدي الخاصة بالعميل
